HOW DO I BUY?
The buying process in e-outfit.com is very easy:
- You can navigate in our website using the related product categories to find what you want. Alternatively, if you're looking for something very specific, type it in the link "SEARCH" and see all the related results appear below.
- Once you select the product you wish to purchase, select your size and click "ADD TO BAG" located next to each product and continue shopping until you complete your order.
- Check the products in your shopping cart by clicking the link "Shopping Cart" located at the top right of the page. You can use the button "REMOVE FROM BAG" to remove products from your shopping bag or change size and/or colour.
- Click "CHECKOUT" to complete your purchase. You can pay either on delivery, by credit card, by PayPal or by bank deposit.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash On Delivery Method of payment (COD Service)
- Payment by Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard)
- Payment through PayPal
- Direct Deposit into Bank Account (Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank)
IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?
All prices in e-outfit.com include VAT therefore the price you see is the final product price.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
Deliveries in Greece do NOT incur shipping charges, regardless of the value of the order.
All orders are delivered via courier service ACS in all regions.
- Deliveries in Cyprus are made through ACS courier and incur shipping charges of 12, 00 € per order.
- International deliveries are made through UPS Express and incur shipping charges of 22, 00€ per order. You can quickly calculate the shipping cost of your order in our easy-to-use automatic calculator found on the right side of your screen during checkout.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are dispatched on the next working day after the day you place your order.
Orders are shipped within Attica with ACS courier and delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders in mainland Greece and Cyprus are sent by courier ACS and delivered in 2-3 working days, excluding inaccessible areas where they take 1-5 days. International orders are sent via UPS Express and delivered in 3-5 working days.
Orders are processed on the same day and are delivered to the courier company by the next working day (* excluding Holidays and Weekends) if your order is registered by 15:00.
You can check your order’s "Status" at any time by clicking the link «MY ACCOUNT". If your order is delivered to ACS Courier, you can be informed of where your package is at any time via the tracking number, which is given on the page "MY ACCOUNT".
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You may return the product shipped within 14 calendar days and request a replacement in another size or another product.
All returns within Greece, are free of charge while the cost for returns from Cyprus and abroad is 12,00 € and 22,00 € respectively. These rates only apply if you choose to send the return by courier ACS.
Evidence of delivery within the allowed time frame of 14 working days in order to withdraw or replace a product should be the stamp or the date dispatch of the courier service you used. Outside that time frame, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
- In case you wish to change the purchased product to another one, please send the product you want to change via ACS courier back to us. Please include a piece of paper inside the package specifying that you wish to change the product. Over the next 14 working days you should proceed with a new order from e-outfit.com. Once we receive your package and make all necessary quality chekcs, we will send you the new product, covering the financial difference - if any.
- In case you wish to receive a refund, please send the product via ACS courier back to us. Please, make sure to include a piece of papaer inside the package specifying that you wish a refund and include an account number IBAN, the cardholder's name and the Bank that you wish us to make the transfer. The deposit will be made within 7 working days after we receive the productand make all quality checks.
The conditions necessary for exercising the right of withdrawal / replacement are:
- The product should be returned in perfect condition as delivered, without damage, without any defect within the complete package with all tags (eg stickers, label brand, etc.) while the original proof of purchase should be included.
- All products related to health - eg swimwear, underwear, etc.) should not be compromised or their packaging damaged, while all the shoes are to be tested on carpet to avoid damage.
- Please keep in mind, that for hygiene reasons aerings can not be returned or refunded.
- By the time the product reaches you it is your responsibility, so it is important to arrange for safe transfer to avoid any damage and hence failure of the return.

- NB: In the unfortunate event that the product reaches you damaged, please inform the company ACS within the next 8 hours of their liability. Otherwise it is NOT possible to obtain a withdrawal / replacement of the damaged product.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order in the following situations:
a) Before sending / receiving the product - To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, any cancellation should be made within 30 minutes from the time your initial order was placed in the system, by sending us an e-mail at info@e-outfit.com
b) After the receipt of the product you have the right to withdraw / replace the received product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
If you choose to exercise your right to withdraw and request a refund, you will be fully refunded within 7working days from the date of cancellation provided that all the conditions applicable for replacement of the product are satisfied.

For your own convenience, it is necessary to register in order to make a purchase. In this way you will not need to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
You can either register after the completion of your purchase (the system will automatically guide you to register as a new member) or by directly clicking the "REGISTER" at the top of the page.
The information you must enter during registration is used strictly in order to ensure the ability to contact you for sending your purchase.
Your personal data is collected only in the context of dealing with e-outfit.com, completing your order and facilitating the delivery. All personal information is absolutely necessary to perform those services and the registration indicates your full consent. The data are kept by us only as long as you are a registered user of e-outfit.com. Your personal information is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by e-outfit.com for purposes of serving you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address so we can send you the code.
You will immediately receive a mail with a new password that will allow you to access your account. After logging into your account you can change the password we sent you to a different new password of your choice.
In any case, it is unnecessary to open a new account. Opening new account will make you lose all your previous order history and the system will treat you as a new customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED?
Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an email, which informs you that your order is registered. The above confirms that your order has reached us.
